80 year old shares tip to untroubled, wrinkle-free life.

Recently, I was privileged to meet a very wise and peaceful person, Confucius Smith. Although he was 80 years old, he had no worry lines on his face. I asked him why this was, and he said his peace came from the fact that he has not seriously questioned his beliefs sixty five years. He went through one questioning phase in his teens, but at age fifteen he arrived at an ideology that he was content with, and hasn't had to change it in the rest of his long life, nor has he even had to consider changing it.
I asked him how this was, since many people find themselves challenged and doubting their own beliefs on a regular basis.
Mr. Confucius Smith was very happy to share a few tips on maintaining inner peace.

To maintain the inner peace which comes from security in firmly held convictions, first come up with some convictions, and then be sure to always question the logic and facts of those who disagree with your convictions. If the person stating facts and arguments agrees with you, then you already know that their logic and facts must be sound, and you need not waste time studying their arguments.
On the other hand, if the arguer is against your convictions, and the facts they bring up disturb your sense of peace, then you can easily study their arguments and find some evidence against them. Google has made this even easier in recent years. And once you disprove a claim once, you need never do it again, just remember the phrase 'i already studied that and it's not a good argument'. Mr. Smith personally lives by this phrase, and says "by the time you're as old as me, if you can remeber that sentence, you'll be immune to any new arguments and can float through life on a cushion of superiority and bliss."
After quickly discounting anything that claims to be evidence against your beliefs, you can rest safely, confident in the knowledge that You are still right and The Others are as they have always been - either stupid or liars.

If you do not think Mr. Smith methods are the very best, then you might as well keep it to yourself, because he already has several articles and quotes that support him.
Mr. Smith folds his hands humbly and recommends - "My therapist says this is great stuff"
